We ship in Italy and worldwide.
Our shipments are entrusted to the courier UPS®: quality assurance and safety recognized throughout the world, so that the products purchased by our customers can travel with the best standards guaranteed and can reach their destination as quickly as possible and in the best conditions.
DELIVERY TIME
The estimated time for delivery is 24/48 hours from the moment the order is delivered to the carrier. Ecoitaly undertakes to ship within 24 hours of order confirmation (always within 7 days, unless otherwise stated on the single item for accomplishments ad hoc).
DELIVERY TO THE FLOOR
Ecoitaly offers all customers the delivery service direct to the floor: no additional cost to the customer, the courier will deliver the package directly to the door and not at street level as usually happens. .
COST OF SHIPMENT
The cost of shipping throughout Italy for parcels up to 10 kg is € 8.60 including VAT.
Shipping is free for orders over € 89.00 for shipments on the Italian territory.
For parcels above 10 kg the cost of shipping is € 11.60 including VAT, while for foreign destinations is € 19.90 including VAT (where applicable). The cost of shipping will be calculated automatically by the system and disclosed in detail to the customer directly at the order, always before the conclusion of the Contract.
TRACKING ORDER
All orders can be easily monitored from the service of tracking of the shipment via the Tracking Online number provided by UPS®: as soon as UPS® takes charge of the order, sends to the customer a shipping confirmation with the link connection and Tracking number, through which it is always possible to know the progress of delivery.
METHOD OF DELIVERY
UPS® delivery from Monday to Friday and make at least three attempts to deliver the address indicated. In the event that no attempts are to be successful, it leaves a warning; then UPS® retains the package for a maximum of 5 working days, after which it returns all at Ecoitaly.
WE ARE AWARE OF THE IMPACT OF OUR SHIPPING ON ENVIRONMENT
For this reason, for each shipment made to our customers, Ecoitaly takes charge of the cost of the option UPS CARBON NEUTRAL made available by courier UPS®. In this way we reduce the environmental impact of carbon dioxide (CO2) offsetting emissions from transport for our shipments. Some of the projects supported via the option UPS CARBON NEUTRAL are: reforestation, destruction of landfill gas, waste water treatment and disposal of methane gas. Another important step to strengthen our commitment to reducing climate impact, sharing it with our clients.
Pony Zero is an eco-friendly courier.
The Pony Express service is active around the town of Turin.
The characteristic is that all movements are performed exclusively by bike and in full respect of the environment and public spaces; bikers are also supported in particular cargo bike for transportation of packages of large volume.
Transport is secured by equipment hermetically sealed and waterproof and are therefore carried out in all weather conditions.

HOW IS ZERO PONY
The idea comes from the founders, Marco Actis (CEO) and Davide Fuggetta (CTO), which activate on Torino the first bike messenger service, the bicycle couriers, who for some years have established in all major cities of the world.
Immediately it is clear that the bicycle is the quickest and most effective way to express deliveries in urban areas, in any weather, at any point in the city, with any traffic density. The enthusiasm around this business grows rapidly and so are the projects and initiatives. And grow deliveries, becoming more than 2000 deliveries per month "All-in-time".
IN THE FUTURE FOR OTHER CITIES
Pony 0 is looking to the future for a nationwide service for which it is being defined a project, in collaboration with Italo train and support of the City of Turin, which provides same-day delivery between major Italian cities via the relay between bike and high-speed train, for faster service on the market and almost completely ecological.
